Four-star forward Alex Constanza has committed to Georgetown, he announced on Saturday. The 6-foot-8 senior at SPIRE Academy (OH) chose the Hoyas over Kansas, Illinois, Syracuse and NC State.
Originally from Florida, Constanza is a matchup nightmare for opposing defenses, possessing a 7-foot-1 wingspan and an elite touch around the rim. He is one of the oldest players in his class and that is evident, with his mature and advanced skillset.
In his junior season at Westminster Academy (FL), Constanza averaged 29.8 points, 10.9 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game for his former school. He later announced his plans to transfer to SPIRE Academy in late May.
Constanza is Ed Cooley and Georgetown’s second commit in the class of 2026, joining Justin Caldwell thus far.
He is a four-star recruit and ranked as the No. 22 overall recruit in the class of 2026, according to 247Sports.
