When Bubba Wallace hops into his car at Darlington Raceway this weekend, it won’t be the same one fans are used to seeing.
Wallace will be employing a different paint scheme for the NASCAR Cup Series Race at Darlington on May 8. In a video posted by Money Lion Racing, Wallace is using a green-and-black coloring is similar to what he used back in 2008.
While most drivers are using paint schemes of former legends, Wallace is throwing it back to the beginning of his own career. Fans seem to like his choice.
“Honestly really like the look of it,” one fan said.
“Keep this scheme imo. It’s beautiful,” said another.
Here’s what the car looks like.
Fans are certainly looking forward to see all of the cars for the Goodyear 400 which takes place this weekend.
The race kicks off on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. ET. It will be broadcast on FOX Sports 1.
