Rated as a three-star recruit by the 247Sports Composite, White is a versatile athlete who played wide receiver and free safety at King George High School in Virginia. He is ranked as the 28th-best athlete in his class and the seventh-best overall prospect in Virginia.
This fall, White totaled 63 receptions for 1,362 receiving yards and 19 touchdowns, while also recording eight interceptions on defense. As a junior, White caught 37 passes for 1,039 yards and 18 touchdowns.
