Horse enthusiasts, riders, and professionals shopped for new and used tack, equipment, clothing, and supplies on Sunday at the Carroll County Agricultural Center. The annual Tack sale/swap is a fundraiser for the 4-H Therapeutic Riding Program of Carroll County, and the 22nd anniversary of the event.
