Classs of 2027 guard Nasir Anderson on a national ascension

December 2, 2025 by Zags Blog

BY ZACH SMART

As a hard-attacking, acrobatic, and creative play-making 6-foot-4, 200-pound guard, Class of 2027 Prolific Prep (FL) prospect Nasir Anderson plays with unbridled energy and relentlessness.

The Savannah, Ga. native has emerged into a stabilizing influence for a Prolific Prep team featuring highly coveted recruits such as five stars Caleb Holt and Bruce Branch.

Ohio State-bound Alex Smith has also been critical as a floor spreading shooter with a presence on the glass and defensive grit, while MJ Madison has been intriguing with his lob finishing and two-way tenacity.

With their seemingly unparalleled power in numbers, Prolific is able to routinely play 11-12 guys comfortably.

This oceanic depth has been an overwhelming factor for Prolific, which is slated for a marquee national matchup against SEPA on Dec.4th in Kentucky.

Anderson, now the top-ranked PG in the 2027 class according to 247 Sports, was inundated with high major offers following the downhill threat’s performance with Team USA and later NBPA Top 100 Camp this summer.

:(The offers) came in fast this summer,” Anderson said.

“I’m hearing from Kentucky, LSU, Auburn, USC, Georgia, Tennessee, and there are others.”Georgia Tech, Cal, and Maryland are among the barrage of programs to offer Anderson.

As of right now, Anderson is focused on the season and employing a steadfast, one game at a time mentality.

Anderson cited “taking matchups personally” as a vital component factoring into his full throttle approach on both ends of the floor.

Having traveled all the way to Italy for games during the pre-season and having played in exposure-rich events such as Border League, this Prolific team was able to gel rather rapidly.

“Our depth and the culture we bring is what makes us special,” Anderson said.”Nobody is ever in their feelings about anything. We just push each other and get better together.”What is that makes the bigger built, shifty guard unique?”I would say my best attribute is being able to get two feet in the paint,” Anderson said.”There’s so much you can create from there.”
