Members of the Poly-Western High School’s Marching Flock perform during Baltimore City’s Veterans Day Parade on Charles Street on Saturday. The grand marshal was Adjutant Gen. Janeen Birckhead, the leader of Maryland’s military and the only African-American woman leading a state military in the nation.
