A man was killed in a hit-and-run in Loch Raven Wednesday night, Baltimore County Police said Friday.
Police responded to Loch Raven Boulevard and Sayward Avenue around 9 p.m. on Jan. 24 for a report of a vehicle collision. Officers found that the man, James McCoy, 33, had been stuck by a Jeep Liberty traveling northbound on Loch Raven Boulevard.
McCoy was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Jeep did not remain at the scene.
