Bunyun is still new to the position at higher levels of football — he played offensive line in high school but spent his first four seasons in College Park as a defensive tackle, appearing in 31 games from 2021-23. He started all 12 games at left guard for the Terps in 2024, recording a 46.5 Pro Football Focus grade and allowing four sacks.
Bunyun, who was born in Ghana and measures in at 6-foot-3 and 321 pounds, is the third undrafted Terp to earn an NFL shot. Defensive back Glen Miller and center Josh Kaltenberger were signed by the Kansas City Chiefs and Chargers, respectively. Bunyun is the first player to receive a rookie minicamp invite.
