Beginning her career at Maryland in 2019, Masonius was part of the Terps’ highly-touted recruiting class, which included standout players like Ashley Owusu, Diamond Miller and Zoe Young.
Despite never averaging more than seven points per game during her five-year tenure, the 6-foot-1 forward was consistently recognized as the team’s vocal leader, serving as captain twice.
Among her accolades are the 2023 Big Ten Outstanding Sportsmanship Award and being named Academic All-Big Ten twice. She played in 138 games at Maryland and started all 35 contests in the 2022-23 season.
