Lee, a 6-foot, 176-pound standout, was a four-star recruit coming out of high school, according to Rivals.com. The Upper Marlboro, Md., native and Charles Herbert Flowers High School product initially committed to South Carolina before flipping to Maryland in 2023.
Lee is expected to compete for early playing time in a cornerback group that, despite having some solid talent, is still largely unproven. With position group leaders Jalen Huskey and Perry Fisher expected to anchor the unit, Lee has a strong chance to quickly make a name for himself.
