Maryland men’s soccer forward Max Rogers was named Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week, it was announced Tuesday.
Rogers, a 5-foot-9 graduate student, was stellar in the Terps’ upset victory over then-No. 8 Wisconsin, tallying three assists. It marked just the second time in team history that a Terps player notched three assists in one contest, the first being Luke Van Heukelum in October 2023.
Rogers currently has five assists on the season, tied for the most in the Big Ten and fourth-most in the nation.
