Transfer portal making big impact in women’s lacrosse Final Four: ‘I don’t see it going away in the near future’

Three of the four teams competing in Friday’s NCAA Tournament semifinals have benefitted from scouring the transfer portal to find players who have made immediate contributions to their success this spring. But some coaches are worried about “the trickle-down effect.”
