George Pickens has been a godsend for the 2025 Dallas Cowboys, as the embattled wide receiver has immediately established himself as one of the game’s best WR2s during his first season away from the Pittsburgh Steelers. Through 10 games, the fourth-year wideout has recorded 58 receptions for 908 yards and seven touchdowns while helping the Cowboys create one of the game’s most dangerous passing attacks.
Now playing in his contract year, George Pickens will receive a sizable raise in a few months, but it might not be from the Cowboys. Dallas benched the wide receiver for one drive in the team’s 33-17 win over the Las Vegas Raiders, which means the attitude problems that plagued him in Pittsburgh didn’t disappear in a new environment. If the Cowboys won’t pay him, somebody else will.
3 Teams That Could Sign George Pickens After Cowboys Benching

Some team will roll the dice on him, and the following three are the best potential fits.
