Clearly, Jefferson felt he wasn’t ready to let go of the game he loved and watch from the pressbox. Now, he’ll be back on the field, and joining plenty of former teammates who have joined the Chargers over the offseason.
This offseason, the Chargers signed former Director of Player Personnel Joe Hortiz to become their general manager, joining Ravens Head Coach’s brother, Jim Harbaugh. In the offseason, the Chargers proceeded to sign former Ravens running backs Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins, fullback Ben Mason, tight end Hayden Hurst and center Bradley Bozeman. They also added former Ravens offensive coordinator Greg Roman to be their offensive coordinator.
The Chargers will host the Ravens in Week 12 on Monday Night Football, and it will be one hell of a reunion when the two face off on Monday Night Football.
