Field hockey
Long Reach 10, Howard 0: The Lightning earned a commanding win on senior night as both Samantha Legge and Leilani Stewart had four goals and two assists. Jill Shanley had a goal and an assist, while Keira Brady also scored a goal.
Centennial 3, Reservoir 2: Caroline Cudzilo had a goal and an assist for the Eagles, while Claire Whipkey and Hannah Elpus also scored. Avy Rudy had two assists, while Jane Baldy made 15 saves. For Reservoir, Sam Feher scored both goals, while Molly Waggoner had an assist and Rachel Wilson made 19 saves.
Atholton 1, River Hill 0: Reagan Law scored the game-winner for the Raiders with 35 seconds remaining on an assist from Ellie Wain. For River Hill, Sanah Ahmed made four saves.
Glenelg 12, Wilde Lake 0: Cate Staley netted a hat trick to lead the way in the win. Lexi Winters added a pair of goals and an assist, while Kaitlyn Hill scored twice. Eight different Glenelg players scored, while 11 registered a point. Delaney Malloy made 54 saves for Wilde Lake.
Hammond 6, Oakland Mills 0: Gia Mansolillo netted a hat trick and added three assists to lead Hammond in the win. Savannah De Leeuw and Riley Endres each had a goal and an assist. Buelah Adewole scored as well.
Girls soccer
Howard 2, Mt. Hebron 0: Kelsey Kartanowicz had a goal and an assist for Howard in the shutout win. Noelle Hall scored for the second straight night, while Raymah Quist-Therson also had an assist.
