J.K. Dobbins was a mysterious no-show at Ravens mandatory minicamp and 14 training camp practices, but the 24-year-old running back says he’s in it for the long haul in Baltimore.
Dobbins is entering the final year of his rookie contract and while he stopped just short of talking about his current situation, Dobbins did say he wants to finish his career a Raven.
“Mr. Eric [DeCosta], he’s the best GM – the best GM in the game,” Dobbins said. “He’ll get it worked out. Whatever happens, happens. He’s going to get it worked out. We have good conversations. It is what it is.”

“In the time being, I’m going to go out there and play and do good,” the former second-round pick continued. “Hopefully, I’m playing for the Ravens for the rest of my life, in my football career.”
Unfortunately, injuries have gotten in the way of what could still be a very promising career.
After missing all of the 2021 season, Dobbins returned to play eight games last year where he rushed for 520 yards and two touchdowns on 92 carries.
