When Michigan faced Washington in the national title game on Jan. 8, Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh was on the sideline to support his brother Jim. On Saturday afternoon, Jim will return the favor.

According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the current expectation is that Jim Harbaugh will be in Baltimore for this afternoon’s playoff game between the Ravens and Texans.

Obviously, Harbaugh will be rooting for the Ravens this Saturday.

John Harbaugh flew to Houston for his brother Jim’s national championship run, and now Jim is returning the favor:

Jim Harbaugh has been quite busy this week, interviewing with the Chargers and Falcons for their head-coaching vacancies

Earlier this week, John was asked about his brother’s future. He told reporters that Jim loves Michigan, but he also feels the same way about the NFL.

“I know Michigan has been a joy for him to go back to his alma mater. His family loves it there. The players love him. He loves the players, coaches [and] the fan base,” John Harbaugh said. “I don’t know exactly what direction he’s going to go. I would think that the [university] President and the Board of Trustees would be doing everything that they can to try and keep him. That’d be priority No. 1 if I was them, but I think at the end he’s going to do whatever’s best for him and his family. He loves Michigan, but he loves the NFL, too. So, we’ll just have to see.”

Eventually, Jim will have to make a decision. For today though, he’s going to focus on being a supportive brother.
