John Harbaugh said he could probably be talked into something like a tattoo, akin to his brother’s tattoo after Jim Harbaugh won the CFB championship last year.
Former Michigan Wolverines Head Coach Jim Harbaugh told his players before last season if they went 15-0 and win the College Football National Championship, he would get a “15-0” tattoo. The team delivered and so did Jim, even after becoming the head coach of the Los Angeles Chargers.

On Thursday, Jim’s older brother, Ravens Head Coach John Harbaugh, was asked his thoughts on Jim’s tattoo and what it would take to get one of his own.
“I mean I’m not afraid of getting a tattoo, I want to make it clear,” Harbaugh said. “If we win a Super Bowl I could probably be talked into something, but it’s probably going to have an “I” and an “A” in it. Any tattoo I have is going to start with Ingrid (John’s wife’s name) and Allison (John’s daughter’s name). Family first, man. I’m pretty sure Jim probably got that [done] too. If I look at that closely I bet you there’s something in there that says Sarah on it.”
The Ravens need no extra motivation in their quest to win a Super Bowl, but maybe seeing a ‘tatted-up’ John Harbaugh could be added to the list of reasons to win it all come February.
