The Ravens were hit early and often with the injury bug during the 2021-22 season. It derailed their year. Now, all attention turns to 2022 as the Ravens hope to be much healthier.
Harbaugh wants to do everything he can to keep his players safe from injury. He’s going to be making significant changes to practice this year, as a result.
The Ravens head coach revealed as much on Monday morning.

This is a much-needed change and could be a difference-maker in Baltimore. It’s significant John Harbaugh is willing to make the necessary change.
One of the big changes Harbaugh will also implement this upcoming season has to do with joint practices. Baltimore isn’t planning on getting together with other teams this offseason. Harbaugh thinks the change will reduce his team’s injuries.
“The Ravens aren’t planning to have joint practices this year. It’s one of the alterations they’ve made to try and reduce injuries this summer,” Zrebiec tweeted.
Harbaugh is one of the best in the business because of his willingness to adapt. Let’s hope the changes he’s making this year result in less injuries for the Ravens in 2022.
