Odell Beckham Jr. left his second game with the Baltimore Ravens early.
The wide receiver signed with Baltimore after sitting out the entire 2022 season. He exited Sunday’s win over the Cincinnati Bengals — just as he did when tearing his ACL in the Super Bowl — after injuring his ankle.
However, the 30-year-old appears to have avoided another significant setback. After the game, Ravens head coach John Harbaugh told reporters he doesn’t think Beckham’s injury is too serious.
“I don’t believe either of those are serious injuries.”

In his first game in 19 months, Beckham caught two of three targets for 37 yards against the Houston Texans. He recorded three catches for 29 yards before leaving Sunday’s AFC North contest in the third quarter.
Baltimore has already faced several notable injuries in September. While Mark Andrews returned after missing Week 1, the Ravens beat their division foe without offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley, center Tyler Linderbaum, cornerback Marlon Humphrey, and safety Marcus Williams. Running back J.K. Dobbins is also out for the season after tearing his Achilles.
Yet the Ravens have more receiving depth than in past years. In addition to signing Beckham, they added Nelson Agholor and drafted Zay Flowers before extending Lamar Jackson.
Stay tuned for further updates on Beckham’s status before next Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts.
