Earlier this offseason, the football world learned that Michigan was signing Jim Harbaugh to a new contract after he led the Wolverines to the College Football Playoff.
Well, he’s not the only one in the family that earned a new deal. On Tuesday afternoon, Baltimore Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti announced that the team signed John Harbaugh to a new three-year contract.
“Ravens signed coach John Harbaugh to a 3-year contract extension, owner Steve Bisciotti announced,” Ravens reporter Jamison Hensley said. “Harbaugh was entering the final year of a deal. He’s signed through 2025. Entering his 15th season, Harbaugh is the NFL’s third-longest tenured active coach.”
The reaction to the news was mixed. NFL analysts know Harbaugh is one of the best coaches in the league, but fans aren’t happy with the early playoff exits in recent years.

Others noted the stability the Ravens organization has had under Harbaugh.

Harbaugh is one of the longest-tenured coaches in the NFL and he’s not going anywhere for a little while longer.
Now the team just has to lock in star quarterback Lamar Jackson and finally find playoff success.
