Lamar Jackson’s NFL future remains a bit murky.
He’s still without a contract two weeks after the Baltimore Ravens placed the non-exclusive franchise tender on him. That tender allows another team to negotiate a deal with him and if he signs an offer sheet, the Ravens can choose to either match it or decline it.
The Ravens are still trying to get a deal done with him, but Jackson may not feel the same way. Per ProFootballTalk’s Mike Florio, Jackson is “ready to move on” from the Ravens.

Florio is also reporting that a representative for Jackson has contacted more than one NFL team to try and spark interest in an offer sheet. Those teams were not named in the report.
If a team does sign Jackson to an offer sheet and the Ravens opt to decline it, they would receive two first-round picks in return.
This story likely has many more twists and turns before it’s over.
