There are a lot of people who have advice for Lamar Jackson right now, including Deion Sanders.
Understandably, Sanders’ word carries a little more weight than most considering his legendary resume.
The Pro Football Hall of Famer and current University of Colorado head coach told Jackson on Twitter Wednesday to stop worrying about what others have to say as he continues to work through his contract issues.
“Stop explaining Yourself to fools and allow fools to be fools. A brother trying that’s strong, believes in himself and willing to stand for what he believes will always be misunderstood & judged by fools of all ethnicities. Love ya my brother and ‘I Believe in You,'” Sanders said.

Sanders’ message was pretty well-received by those who saw it.
“Deion is that guy,” one person said.
“This is so well-said,” another echoed.
“Excellent advice for many of us. Tune the fools out,” a third person added.
“A brother uplifting another brother. Need more of this in the world,” a fourth chimed in.
“Love to see the ones that paved the way reach back out to the younger guys. Coach is dead on too!” said a fifth person.
Wonder if Jackson feels the same way as these people do. At the very least, it had to feel good to see Coach Prime defend him publicly like that.
