The Baltimore Ravens do not want Lamar Jackson to get away.
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said during the NFL Combine on Wednesday that Jackson is “his quarterback” and that “our plans are with Lamar.”
This comes just a few weeks after the Ravens held a press conference and said that they were “200 percent” committed to Jackson.
The two sides have yet to agree on a monumental contract extension though they’re still working on it.
If the two sides do hit a big snag, then there’s a chance the Ravens could move on from him and potentially trade him to another team. Of course, that would be the last possible option since the Ravens want him as their quarterback.
Despite Jackson getting hurt again last season, he’s still dynamite when healthy. He finished with 2,242 yards through the air, 17 touchdowns, and only seven interceptions.
