Jackson stunned the NFL world by announcing that he requested a trade in March. He shared the news after Baltimore utilized the non-exclusive franchise tag, allowing him the chance to negotiate with other teams.
The saga could have ended in a bitter break-up, but the 26-year-old will instead return to Baltimore. After injuries cost Jackson time to end each of the last two seasons, he’ll look to stay healthy and return to MVP heights alongside an upgraded receiving corps now featuring Odell Beckham Jr. and first-round pick Zay Flowers.
Jackson will speak to reporters in a press conference Thursday afternoon.
