Division I men
No. 19 Michigan 11, No. 14 Johns Hopkins 8: The visiting Blue Jays (6-4, 0-2 Big Ten) overcame a 6-2 deficit to tie the game in the fourth quarter, but the Wolverines (6-4, 2-0) ended the game on a 3-0 run to pull away for the victory on Saturday. Matt Collison scored two goals and Charlie Iler had two assists for Johns Hopkins, who have been without injured star Russell Melendez for two games.
Towson 12, Drexel 8: The visiting Tigers (4-5, 3-0 CAA) scored four goals in a span of 2:17 in the fourth quarter to surge past the Dragons (4-6, 1-2) on Saturday. Chuck Matusek (4 goals) and Mikey Weisshaar (6 goals) led the offense for Towson, which is tied with Hofstra for first place in the CAA.
Lehigh 7, Loyola Maryland 3: The Mountain Hawks (3-6, 2-2 Patriot League) scored the first four goals and held off the visiting Greyhounds (0-9, 0-4) on Saturday. Henry Haberman scored two goals for Loyola.
Colgate 14, Navy 9: The host Raiders (6-4, 3-1 Patriot League) used a seven-goal third quarter to surge past the Midshipmen (6-4, 2-2) on Saturday. Navy got two goals each from Henry Tolker (Loyola Blakefield), William Goers (St. Mary’s) and Jack Ponzio. Colgate was led by Rory Connor with five goals and Jack Turner with four goals.
Siena 12, Mount St. Mary’s 8: The host Saints (5-4, 3-1 MAAC) went on a 7-1 run spanning the first and second halves and held off the Mountaineers (2-8, 0-4) on Saturday. Jack Smith and Brody Atkinson each scored two goals and Kevin Whitty added a goal and two assists for Mount St. Mary’s.
Bryant 12, UMBC 7: After falling behind 1-0, the host Bulldogs (5-4, 2-1 America East) went on a 4-0 run and did not trail again in a victory over the Retrievers (4-3, 2-1) on Saturday. Josh Tang scored two goals for UMBC.
Division II men
Frostburg State 12, St. Thomas Aquinas 2: The visiting Bobcats (5-5, 3-0 East Coast Conference) opened with an 11-0 run and cruised past the Spartans (2-5, 0-2) on Saturday. St. Thomas Aquinas was held scoreless until 9:48 left in the game. Frostburg State was led by Wesley Phillips with four goals and Jack Hooks with two goals.
Division III men
Hood 10, McDaniel 9, OT: Jay Lanigan scored in overtime to lift the visiting Blazers (6-1) over the Green Terror (4-7) on Saturday. Aidan Skelly (3 goals) scored the game-tying goal with 1:33 left in regulation to force overtime for McDaniel.
Salisbury 23, Kean 8: Riley Strub scored a game-high six goals to lead the host Sea Gulls (11-0, 1-0) over the Cougars (8-3, 0-1 Coastal Lacrosse Conference) on Saturday. Other standouts for Salisbury included: Brice Bromwell (4 goals), Ryan Della (Broadneck, 4 goals) and Chris Wong (Johns Hopkins, 3 goals). The Sea Gulls stretched their one-goal lead with a 14-0 run that spanned both halves.
Franklin & Marshall 9, Washington College 8, 2OT: The host Shoremen (6-5, 0-3 Centennial) scored two late goals to force overtime, but Kai Kelly scored the game-winner in the second extra period to lead the Diplomats (9-2, 3-0) to victory on Saturday. Carrigan, Cam and Hargrave, Reeve each scored two goals for Washington College.
Scranton 23, Goucher 4: Jack Smith made 10 saves, but the visiting Gophers (6-4, 0-2 Landmark Conference) fell to the Royals (3-8, 3-0) on Saturday. Scranton opened with an 8-0 run and never trailed. Goucher travels to Moravian on Wednesday.
Division I women
No. 18 Loyola Maryland 18, Lehigh 4: Elisa Faklaris scored four goals and Emma Talago and Chase Boyle each added a hat trick to lead the host Greyhounds (8-5, 5-0 Patriot League) to a blowout win over the Mountain Hawks (3-7, 0-4) on Saturday. Georgia Latch added four assists for Loyola.
No. 23 Drexel 12, Towson 9: The visiting Tigers (5-5, 1-2 Colonial Athletic Association) had an early two-goal lead before the Dragons (9-2, 4-0) went on a 6-0 run on Saturday. Kate Quinn scored a game-high five goals for Drexel. Towson was led by Milana Zizakovic (4 goals 1 assist) and Gabby Bjugan (2 goals). Jenna Cardeno made 10 saves for Towson.
No. 25 Navy 16, Boston University 8: Alyssa Chung (4 goals, 1 assist), Emma Kennedy (3 goals, 1 assist) and Emily Messinese (2 goals, 2 assists) powered the visiting Mids (8-4, 3-1 Patriot League) to a dominant win over the Terriers (7-4, 2-2) on Saturday.
UMBC 12, Binghamton 11: Katana Nelson scored with 2:27 remaining to lift the visiting Retrievers (10-1, 3-0 America East) to a comeback win over the Bearcats (3-8, 0-2) on Saturday. Nelson finished with six goals and an assist and Grace Bruce added three goals for UMBC, which trailed 9-2 in the second quarter before scoring nine straight goals to take the lead.
Mount St. Mary’s 12, Siena 10: Anna Salerno scored five goals and Anna McQuay added three goals and an assist to lead the host Mountaineers (6-4, 2-0 MAAC) over the Saints (2-7, 0-2) on Saturday.
No. 8 Maryland 16, Oregon 4: The host Terps (7-2, 3-1 Big Ten) opened with a 7-0 run and beat the Ducks (5-6, 0-4) on Thursday. Maryland was led by Kori Edmondson (McDonogh) with a career-high tying four goals, Lauren LaPointe with three goals and two assists, Emma Abbazia with three goals and Shelby Sullivan (C.M. Wright) with two goals.
Division II women
Frostburg State 21, Wheeling 6: The visiting Bobcats (6-6, 3-0 Mountain East Conference) opened with a 4-0 run and beat the Cardinals (4-4, 2-1) on Saturday. Frostburg State was led by Neila Haney (6 goals, 1 assist), Julia Badolato (4 goals), Sydney Stone (3 goals) and Camden DeMaio (3 goals, 2 assists). Grace Dickey (Glenelg Country) made six saves for the Bobcats.
Division III women
Salisbury 10, York (Pa.) 7: The visiting Sea Gulls (6-3) took control early and beat the Spartans (6-3) on Saturday. Salisbury was led by Audrey Harrington (Mount Hebron) with three goals and an assist and Grace Doyle with two goals. Paige Ellis made nine saves for the Sea Gulls.
St. Mary’s 14, Widener 8: The visiting Seahawks (3-6) went on a 5-1 run to start the second half and beat the Pride (4-6) on Saturday. Colin Horton scored a game-high five goals and Sanne Elling and Madison Laine (Mercy) each had a hat trick for St. Mary’s. The Seahawks outshot Widener, 31-27.
Swarthmore 12, Washington College 11: The host Garnet (8-2, 1-1 Centennial Conference) used a 5-0 run in the second half to take the lead and held off the Shorewomen (5-6, 1-1) to win on Saturday. Piper Evans gave Washington College a 10-7 lead with 5:33 left in the third quarter prior to the run. Evans scored with 17 seconds left in the game, assisted by Mia Salvatierra (Fallston), to draw the Shorewomen to within a goal. Washington College was led by Anna Wilson (Bryn Mawr) with five goals, Evans with four goals and two assists.
Haverford 19, McDaniel 5: The host Fords (9-2, 2-0 Centennial Conference) broke a 2-2 tie with a 13-0 run and beat the Green Terror (5-5, 0-2) on Saturday. Haverford had 14 players score. Kat Thayer (Reservoir) had two goals and an assist and Paris Conord had two goals for McDaniel.
Messiah 17, Stevenson 10: The visiting Falcons (7-3, 1-0 Middle Atlantic Conference) used a 5-0 run in the second half to pull away from the Mustangs (6-5, 0-1) on Saturday. Stevenson’s Olivia Galati tied the score, 6-6, with 8:01 left in the second quarter prior to the run. Kara Yarusso scored a game-high four goals for the Mustangs.
Scranton 17, Goucher 5: The visiting Royals (5-5, 2-0 Landmark Conference) took a 13-2 lead in the first half and beat the Gophers (5-5, 0-2) on Saturday. Emily Burk (Perry Hall) scored twice, and Harper Kennedy (St. Vincent Pallotti) made four saves for Goucher. The Gophers will host Moravian on Wednesday.
Cedar Crest 22, Notre Dame (Maryland) 5: Sarah Generoso (Catholic) had a hat trick, but the host Gators (0-9, 0-2 United East) fell to the Falcons (4-2, 1-0) on Saturday. Cedar Crest was led by Maddie Graham with nine goals and Kylah Demarest with seven goals. Notre Dame will host St. Mary’s on Tuesday.
Meredith 22, Hood 5: The host Avenging Angels (10-2) broke a 3-3 tie with a 6-0 run and beat the Blazers (4-6) on Saturday. Meredith held Hood scoreless in the second half. Abby Burnette scored twice for the Blazers.
