The Ravens made a surprising roster decision on Monday afternoon. Baltimore’s front office has reportedly decided to part ways with three-year NFL wideout Miles Boykin.
Boykin was a third-round pick by the Ravens in the 2019 NFL Draft. The former Notre Dame star started 24 games in his first two seasons, totaling 32 catches for 464 yards and seven touchdowns.
His role diminished last season, though. He appeared in just eight games, didn’t make a single start and had just one catch that went for six yards.
The Ravens are moving on.

“A lot of smoke about a lot of players to the Steelers but this one will actually be valid. 6’4 220lb frame with a 4.42 40. This team needs WRs and they did their homework in the pre draft process. Boykin might like the idea of getting to play a few revenge games.”

“Yes, I absolutely think the #AZCardinals should sign him assuming health and off-field stuff checks out Boykin is only 25 years old and stands at 6’4” 220lbs. Cards got some quality depth production from another former Ravens WR Antoine Wesley last year.”

“I hate to be that guy every time a player of possible interest gets released but wouldn’t mind taking a flyer on him on the cheap and see if he can revive his career. 6-4 220, ran a 4.40 in the 40, and was solid at Notre Dame.”

Boykin will have to try and jumpstart his career elsewhere.
The Ravens, meanwhile, began their offseason program on Monday.
