The Ravens made a few changes to their roster in advance of Sunday’s game against the Colts.
For starters, the Ravens released backup quarterback Josh Johnson. That leaves Tyler Huntley as the primary backup to Lamar Jackson.
Johnson, 37, has bounced around the league over the past decade, spending time with the Buccaneers, 49ers, Browns, Bengals, Jets, Colts, Bills and Broncos among others.
The #Ravens elevated veteran RBs Melvin Gordon and Kenyan Drake from the practice squad for Sunday’s game vs. the #Colts.
Baltimore also released backup QB Josh Johnson, so Tyler “Snoop” Huntley will back up Lamar Jackson on Sunday.

In addition to releasing Johnson, the Ravens elevated running backs Melvin Gordon and Kenyan Drake from the practice squad.
The Ravens are already without J.K. Dobbins for the rest of the year. He suffered a torn Achilles in the season opener.
To make matters worse, the Ravens won’t have Justice Hill this week due to a foot injury. That leaves Gus Edwards as their top option in the backfield.
With that said, Drake and Gordon could very well receive a few carries this Sunday against the Colts.
