The Baltimore Ravens got some great news on star offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley on Monday afternoon.
Stanley received a medical check-up pretty recently and it revealed that he’s on pace to be ready for the 2022 season. Stanley is coming off major ankle surgery after only playing in one game this past season.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport was first with the report. He also added that he’s going to be monitored throughout the summer.
#Ravens All-Pro OT Ronnie Stanley received a medical check-up recently and he’s on pace to be ready for 2022, sources say. Stanley played just one game last year then had another ankle surgery. He’ll be monitored throughout the summer, but there is optimistic he’ll be good to go.

The Ravens will need him back on the field, especially since they just gave him a very lucrative contract. He signed a five-year deal worth $98.75 million back in October of 2020.
The NFL world is glad that Stanley is doing well as he tries to return to game action.
Big news for the big man, glad to hear he’s doing well https://t.co/ky37akzIxb

The Ravens were lethal when Ronnie Stanley was playing at an All-Pro level that’s why it’s such a big deal when Big Ron is healthy. https://t.co/iBY0yw0LGs

Big news but also a risky player to trust as far as that ankle. Would be automatically one of the best tackles in the NFL https://t.co/9jFFHzc4ZP

we’ve been through this before with Ronnie Stanley, but this is encouraging news. I’m cautiously optimistic. https://t.co/4Wg6bf5ZdI

Baltimore will likely still look to add insurance to its line in case Stanley suffers a setback. It’s better to be overly cautious, than not do anything at all.
