Despite all of the injuries they’re dealing with, the Baltimore Ravens have gotten out to a 3-1 start and have the lead in the AFC North right now. Better yet, one of their key starters is on the mend.
According to Ravens insider Ryan Mink, All-Pro cornerback Marlon Humphrey has returned to practice today. Humphrey has not played at all this season as he’s been recovering from foot surgery he underwent during the summer.
When healthy though, Humphrey is among the best cornerbacks in the NFL. He has made the Pro Bowl in three of the last four seasons.
Humphrey has 12 interceptions, 71 passes defended, 13 forced fumbles and two defensive touchdowns in 90 games since entering the league in 2017. He earned First-Team All-Pro honors in 2019.

As it’s been for the past few years, the Baltimore Ravens are winning games through three things: Lamar Jackson’s playmaking, the team’s elite rushing attack and a stout defense.
For the second year in a row the Ravens have the No. 3 defense in the NFL. But they’ve reached that mark through the first four games without Humphrey.
Will Marlon Humphrey’s return give the Ravens the best defense in the NFL?
