Summer is in full swing, and so is restaurant week season.
Three Baltimore-area restaurant weeks are slated to begin during the month of July. Keep reading for the lowdown on each.
Baltimore County Summer Restaurant Week
Starting on Friday and lasting through July 20, restaurants in Baltimore County will offer special prix fixe menus for brunch, lunch and dinner. Among more than 40 restaurants and hundreds of offerings, notables include shepherd’s pie from Timonium Irish pub An Poitin Stil, barbecued jerk ribs from White Marsh Jamaican restaurant Kōnōkō and a “Chocolate Seduction” torte from Monkton farm-to-table institution Manor Tavern.

Black Restaurant Week: Baltimore
Two days later, Baltimore’s fifth annual Black Restaurant Week takes off, running from Sunday to July 27. That gives diners two weeks to sample food from a selection Black-owned businesses in Baltimore City and County — including fried turkey wings from Bertha’s Soul Food in Belair-Edison, popular vegan meals from Seton Hill/Mount Vernon’s The Land of Kush and $5 off a dozen chocolate-dipped strawberries at Federal Hill confectionery Berries by Quicha.

Baltimore City Restaurant Week
On July 25, the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore will kick off Baltimore Restaurant Week, featuring prix fixe menus and deals from 60 restaurants across Baltimore City. Notables in the mix are Hampden upscale Basque restaurant La Cuchara, Federal Hill Cuban eatery Little Havana and Canton trattoria Verde.
