Who will lead the Ravens in sacks in 2025?

The Ravens have a talented group of pass rushers

The Baltimore Ravens finished with the second-most sacks in 2024 after finishing with the most in 2023. Defensive tackle Nnamdi Madubuike led the way with 13 sacks in 2023, while outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy had the most on the team in 2024 with 12.5.

Today’s Question of the Day is:

Who will lead the Ravens in sacks in 2025?

My answer: Odafe Oweh

A pass rusher having a career year in a contract season is something Baltimore is all too familiar with, and I predict that will happen again this year with the former first-round pick. Finishing sacks has been an issue for Oweh over his career, but he finally put it together last season to finish with 10, the second-most on the team. Still, the talented linebacker was inconsistent for the year, having multiple stretches of games without recording a sack. Now, in a contract season, Oweh has the chance to finally reach his true potential and earn a massive contract, either with the Ravens or another team in free agency.

After the team’s loss to the Buffalo Bills in the divisional round of the playoffs, in which Oweh said he “didn’t have the outing” he wanted, he went to work on transforming his physique by adding an extra 20 pounds of muscle.

“I thought a lot of that had to do with my weight and being able to be stout in certain positions,” Oweh said.

Other potential players that could lead Baltimore in sacks include Madubuike, Van Noy, and rookie second-rounder Mike Green. Green was pegged by many to be a first-round pick before allegations of sexual assault caused him to slip to the second round, where Baltimore selected the FBS sack leader with the No. 59 overall pick.
