Over the past few months, there has been much intrigue surrounding the Washington Commanders and which quarterback they will select with the second overall pick in the 2024 NFL draft. On Thursday, the Commanders used the second pick to select LSU quarterback Jayden Daniels.
As expected, everyone loved the move for the Commanders. While some analysts liked Drake Maye, most liked Daniels more, with others believing he was the top overall prospect ahead of Caleb Williams.
