It’s still not clear what Aaron Rodgers’ NFL future holds for 2022 and beyond. But according to Mike Florio of NBC’s Pro Football Talk, there are three teams on the quarterback’s short list. All of which are in the AFC.
The reigning MVP is still under contract with the Packers, so it would take Green Bay making a trade to get him to any of these potential destinations.
“Per a source with knowledge of the situation, Rodgers has specific deals lined up with other teams …” Florio said.

“And those teams have trade compensation lined up with the Packers. The potential moves have been arranged, essentially, with the permission of the Packers.”
“The destinations are believed to be exclusively in the AFC,” he continued. “To little surprise, the Broncos are one of them. Other viable possibilities are, we’re told, the Titans and Steelers.”
“To be clear,” Florio concluded. “If Rodgers chooses Denver or Tennesseee or Pittsburgh, the deals will fall into place quickly, both as to the trade terms and as to the contract Rodgers would sign.”

Of course, there’s still a chance that Aaron Rodgers returns to the Pack. But that may depend on if GB makes him the highest paid or not.
