Jamin Davis will return to Loudoun County court on Thursday after the court rejected a reckless driving plea agreement today for going 114 MPH in a 45 MPH zone on 3-28-22.

Davis previously was caught going 89 in a 65. That charge was amended to 84 in a 65.
