The Commanders have brought in Tim McGrath as a consultant on player wellness and sports science. He will assist the team in evaluating their athletic training, strength and conditioning, nutrition and player wellness operations.

McGrath is the clinical research director for Pitch Ready, a company that specializes in pre-injury reduction strategies and return-to-sport testing. His expertise on this will be a point of emphasis as he’s supporting the Commanders’ operations.
