Battered Commanders place safety Harris on IR with fractured fibula, sign ex-Terp Savage

The injuries are piling up for the Washington Commanders. Though they secured a 41-24 win over the visiting Las Vegas Raiders without quarterback Jayden Daniels on Sunday, the Commanders lost several more players to injury.
