The Washington Commanders will open the 2024 season with as many as three new starters on the offensive line. While much of the offseason debate was centered around potentially replacing both offensive tackles, the Commanders also needed help on the interior of the offensive line.
The primary area of concern was the center position. The Commanders wasted no time in free agency, signing 26-year-old Tyler Biadasz, a four-year starter for the Cowboys. Biadasz was a solid anchor in the middle of the Dallas offensive line, and new head coach Dan Quinn quickly realized how much he wanted to bring Biadasz with him.
Also new to the Commanders is guard Nick Allegretti. The former Kansas City Chief will compete with others, but he’s the expected starter at left guard.
