Commanders vs Saints Wednesday Injury Report: Marshon Lattimore has first full practice

December 11, 2024 by Hogs Haven

Injury updates

The Washington Commanders return from their bye to prepare for a Week 15 away game against the New Orleans Saints and they are looking a lot healthier after the extended break between games. Marshon Lattimore had his first full practice with the team today, and he is on track to make his debut with Washington on Sunday. Lattimore missed his last game with the Saints before being traded to the Commanders at the trade deadline. He has now missed the last five games, but he’ll be available for the last four games and the playoffs.

Right tackle Andrew Wylie was dealing with a shoulder injury, and then suffered a concussion vs the Cowboys. He has cleared concussion protocol, and was a full participant in the first practice of the week. Cornelius Lucas got the start at RT last week after Trent Scott had filled in the previous week.

Noah Brown suffered a serious internal injury vs the Titans, and is likely going to miss the rest of the season. Dan Quinn said that the team would make a decision on him later in the week, and he hasn’t been placed on injured reserve yet. Jamison Crowder’s 21-practice window was opened on Monday, and he was a full participant today. He can be activated at any time during the next 19 days, and he could be available on Sunday to play WR and possibly return kicks.

Washington’s kicker carousel continues with Zane Gonzalez, and a new injury to his left foot. There haven’t been any reports on when the injury happened, or the severity, but he was limited in the first practice after the bye week. He replaced Austin Seibert who was placed on IR with a groin injury. The only other new injury is Quan Martin’s shoulder.
