The Washington Commanders won their second game in a row, a big one on Monday Night Football over the Cincinnati Bengals. The team didn’t turn the ball over, didn’t punt the ball, and saw Jayden Daniels have his breakout game in front of a national audience. Quinn said the team need all three phases of the game to win the game. The defense was definitely the weakest link, but the offense was moving the ball with ease.

Jayden Daniels got his first NFL TD pass, a now disputed ball between him and OT Trent Scott who also caught his first NFL pass(and touchdown). Daniels also hit a beautiful touchdown to Terry McLaurin that sealed the game for Washington. Daniels stood tall with pressure in his face and dropped it in the bucket for his WR1.

It was one of those tough, grinding type of nights. I was glad that the guys around me were able to step up, like for example Terry. It was time, it was time for him to make those plays. You know, it wasn’t happening for me, so you know 17 was going to step up and make a play. I was just happy to see him get involved. Like I said, it was just one of those ground and pound type nights, and I’m just happy to get the win.
