Dan Quinn talks to the media before minicamp starts
Dan Quinn stepped up to the mic before the start of the Washington Commanders 3-day minicamp. These will be the last team practices before training camp in late July, and Quinn said perfect attendance during the offseason programs helps the skill positions, and could help them start faster in training camp. Johnny Newton is on the road to recovery after a second foot surgery. Quinn wouldn’t put a timetable on his return to the practice field, and said they would take it week-to-week.
