
Dan Quinn talks to the media before the second day of mandatory minicamp
Dan Quinn spoke to reporters for the second day in a row as the Washington Commanders continue their mandatory minicamp practices. He talked about coaches installing their systems during this three-day camp, and then continuing that during next month’s training camp. Quinn mentioned S Percy Butler, and second year-players LB Jordan Magee and TE Ben Sinnott as players the have stood out and stepped up as leaders this offseason.
It was reported this morning that All Pro safety Jeremy Reaves had agreed to a 1-year extension and Dan Quinn was elated at the news. He said Reaves news truly made him smile and he is a BMF. a true Commander. He affects all sides of the ball. The performance side, you feel him.
Brian Robinson Jr is entering the final year of his rookie contract and Quinn said he knows that and looks really healthy this offseason. There has been a lot of speculation about his future after this season, and Quinn said he knows what he needs to do. Quinn saw his speed and agility on one specific cut yesterday, and said you can feel Robinson’s urgency. He’s had a good offseason.
