Watson is still in the midst of ugly legal troubles involving sexual misconduct with a number of women, specifically massage therapists.

The NFL world reacted to the Eagles reported interest Monday.

“I tweeted a few months ago that the Eagles would pull off a trade for Deshaun Watson,” said The Hill’s Olafimihan Oshin. Adding, “Not surprised this would happen.”

“He’s always been the QB the Eagles wanted,” noted one user. “If not for legal issues, Howie would’ve offered what it took. Howie Roseman has also done his homework on Watson, even sending an investigator to Houston to look into the situation and reach out to Rusty Hardin, Watson’s attorney.”
