The 27-year-old backup joins a QB room that includes Deshaun Watson, Jacoby Brissett and Baker Mayfield (for now).

Dobbs has appeared in only six games in his NFL career, but he’s more than capable of making NFL throws and adds some more mobility Cleveland’s roster.
