No prizes; just bragging rights
If you’d like to get in on the fun of picking this week’s winners in the NFL without having to risk any money or win any prizes, I’ve got the contest for you.
This is actually two contests:
- Simply pick the winner (Pick’em)
- Pick against the spread (Spread)
You can participate in either, both, or neither.
- No entries will be accepted after kickoff of the Thursday Night Football game.
- If you want to change your entry, simply click the appropriate link below and fill in another entry form. I will use the last one submitted prior to TNF kickoff as the official entry.
- The spreads used for the Point Spread contest will be the ones set by me at the time of writing the article and they will not change.

Bragging rights for this week

Pick’em
There were 46 entrants in this weeks Pick’em contest, up from last week’s total of 39. With a full slate of 16 games available, David Zirn had a perfect record of 16-0 to lead the way. Impressively, another 8 entrants scored 15 correct predictions, while another 9 entrants had 14 correct.

We had 34 entries in the Point Spread contest (up from 28 entries last week). With 13 correct point-adjusted predictions, NU’06er , one of our Week 11 co-winners, was this week’s stand-alone winner. Three other entrants — Los Redskins, Osteoporosis2, and Quiet One — were close behind with a dozen correct prognostications each. Seven entrants scored on 11 predictions, while another ten entrants correctly predicted the points-adjusted outcomes of 10 games.
