The Washington Commanders continue to gain national recognition as their surge impresses around the league. The offense has been one of the best in the NFL this early season, and while the defense has been the opposite four games in, their latest defensive outing was the best they’ve had all season. It’s new territory for Washington, whether offensively or defensively, to have one of the better units in the NFL statistically and on film. Is Washington a strong 3-1 team, or is it too soon to tell?

NFL.com ranks Washington seventh in the NFL, USA Today ranks Washington ninth, and ESPN ranks Washington tenth, to name some outlets. The Commanders have created a name for themselves, and it’ll be up to them to prove themselves right.
