Colin Kaepernick has yet to be signed by an NFL team, but he continues to receive support from players across the league.
Tuesday, a notable NFL quarterback showed support for the free agent quarterback.
Chicago Bears quarterback Justin Fields said that Kaepernick looked pretty good during their recent workout in Atlanta.
“That was actually my first time meeting him,” Fields said. “It was cool meeting him, of course. He’s an icon. It was awesome just to meet him and work with him. He looked pretty good. He looked good, yeah.”

Kaepernick, meanwhile, says he’s open to be a backup – but not for long.
A couple of different teams have been mentioned for Kaepernick, including the Seahawks and the Panthers.
To date, though, none have expressed legitimate interest.
The #Panthers should strongly consider working out Colin Kaepernick now. I remember when the Commanders weren’t initially keen on working out Adrian Peterson a few years ago. He went on to start 31 regular season games for them. I’ll say now, what I said then—it’s just a workout.
