Over the weekend, Panthers wide receiver Robby Anderson responded to an Instagram post about rumors that Baker Mayfield could be coming to Carolina this offseason.
“Nooooo,” he wrote in the comments.
On Monday’s episode of The Undisputed, Fox Sports hosts Skip Bayless and Shanon Sharpe said Anderson’s status as an NFL player — a player who’s never earned a Pro-Bowl selection or won a playoff game — make his opinions mean very little to a team making roster decisions.
On Tuesday afternoon, Anderson took to Twitter to address these negative comments.
“I wanna holla at y’all straight up like men and speak for myself let’s make it happen no hard feelings bra @RealSkipBayless @ShannonSharpe,” he wrote.

Anderson was reunited with his former New York Jets teammate Sam Darnold prior to the 2021 season. This past year, the former undrafted wideout logged a career-low 519 yards and five touchdowns with Darnold at the helm. The year prior (his first season with the Panthers), Anderson notched a career-high 1,096 yards and three TDs.
Perhaps we’ll see Anderson on The Undisputed set sometime in the coming days.
