Hogs Haven staff will be making picks every week of the 2022-23 season, and we’ll be tracking every writer’s performance as we try to predict the future. The 2022-23 regular season is over and the Washington Commanders didn’t make the playoffs again. That means we have a lot of free time this weekend to watch the teams who qualified. This is the second NFL season with 17 games, and also the second year the league will have its Super Wildcard Weekend. With an extra playoff spot in each conference, only the #1 seeds have a bye this weekend which means no games for the Kansas City Chiefs(AFC) and the Philadelphia Eagles(NFC). There will be 6 games played over three days, with the first round of the playoffs ending with a game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
This week there are a few teams that everyone agrees will win on the moneyline. Hogs Haven writers all like the 49ers, Jaguars, Bills, Bengals, and Buccaneers to win outright this week. The Jaguars, Bills, and Buccaneers were unanimous picks to cover the spread.
