Washington visits Baltimore
Week 6 of the 2024/25 NFL season opened with an NFC West beatdown between the San Francisco 49ers and the Seattle Seahawks. When does Sam Howell get a start for Seattle? Washington is 4-1 after beating the Cleveland Browns 34-13 last week. They’re now back on up the road, visiting the Baltimore Ravens. Washington opened as 6.5 point underdogs, and that line has held all week. The Over/Under also held steady at 51.5.
The Ravens come into this game with a 3-2 record. Their season started off with losses to the Chiefs and Raiders. They’ve won their last three in a row and are looking to maintain that momentum. Derrick Henry has been a big addition to the Ravens offense, and he was the NFL rushing leader entering this week. Combined with Lamar Jackson’s dual threat abilities, Joe Whitt’s defense will need to play their best game of the season.
Jayden Daniels continues to improve every week, and he’s lifting the team with his better-than-expected play as a rookie. He will face his biggest test this week against the Ravens defense. They have been better against the run than the pass, and were in a shootout with the Bengals last week.
